"A beautiful smile is easy to share with confidence"

Why consider orthodontics (braces)?  People with crooked teeth tend to have:

  • More jaw problems

  • More gum disease

  • More problems with chewing

  • Less confidence when smiling and talking

Although it is best to wear orthodontics when young (sometimes even before all the permanent teeth are in), Dr. Snodgrass has also treated many adults who were ready for a better smile.  Some things are worth doing at any age, and braces can make a dramatic difference!

Our general dentistry office offers two types of braces, the traditional silver-colored ones and Invisalign (which are a sequence of clear trays that help move teeth).

Either method is an option for mild cases, but the traditional silver-colored orthodontics allow for optimum results--even with more complicated cases.

With either method, you will have an appointment each month.  Our hours are designed to help with those who are in school or work, since we have evening and Saturdays appointments available.

For orthodontics, we offer a payment plan that helps spread the cost over the period of time the person will be in braces.  Also, some insurance companies cover part of the cost of orthodontics, so if you have dental insurance we can help you check on that.

To learn about the options for your particular situation and discuss any questions you may have, just call for an "orthodontic evaluation" appointment with Dr. Snodgrass at 859-0711.
